Experiential mental health therapy for individuals, couples, and families
Sarah Moore
Hello, and thanks for stopping by! I am Sarah Moore, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I provide experiential mental health therapy for individuals, couples, and families with both in-person and virtual appointments. Having a safe place to share my story changed my life, and it quickly became my passion to provide that safety to others. I’m so thankful to have a job where my sensitivity is celebrated and needed, and I hope I can provide a safe place for you to share your story.
A client of mine gifted me a t-shirt that says, “I cry at work.” It’s a joke, and also true. My goal is to be with you in your pain. I believe we are made for connection, and I believe deeply in the power of healing and the way we impact each other in that process. Lilla Watson has a quote that says, “If you have come here to help me, you are wasting your time. But if you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together.” These words embody how I view my work. There’s a significant impact when trauma and loss happen, but the opposite is also true. There are ripple effects in our community when someone is healed.
Are you ready to be witnessed in your journey and to see the beauty that emerges from places of pain and brokenness? It would be my honor to be a part of your journey and aid you on your healing path. That never gets old to me. It is inspiring to see the courage people have to say ‘YES’ to life and healing after tragedy. I’m continually in awe of the way that love transforms people’s lives. I believe love is the most powerful force in the universe, and my job invites me to partner with that energy every day. Love is truly the most beautiful thing I have ever seen or experienced. Whatever you’re facing - you don’t have to be alone. Your life is so worth fighting for.
