And yet again Dawn makes light out of dark and whispers, “There’s more. You’re going to be okay.” 

Ocean soothes with her consistent waves rocking and rumbling saying, “You’re not alone. There’s so much life here.” 

Sky paints the world with wonder and color letting me know beauty does not disappear in the midst of pain. 

Birds sing and feast saying, “Do not worry. Your Maker takes care of you.”

Wind hugs me with warm presence, breathing hope and rest to my soul. 

Mother Earth, the master co-regulator, comforts and nourishes, inviting me to belong and see that I’m a part of a bigger story.
